1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vectras VM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Vectras VM is a virtualization software application that enables users to create and run virtual machines on supported Android devices.

Vectras VM:

• Does not provide proprietary operating system images.
• Does not distribute copyrighted operating systems.
• Does not host or transmit user virtual machine content.
• Does not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

Users are solely responsible for obtaining legally licensed operating system software.

3. License Grant

Vectras LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal or lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use only legally obtained operating system images and software.
• Comply with all applicable laws and software licensing agreements.
• Not use the Application for unlawful purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application except as permitted by applicable law or the licenses of included open-source components.

You acknowledge that any activity conducted within a virtual machine is your sole responsibility.

5. Open Source Components

Vectras VM incorporates open-source components, including QEMU under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and libraries under the LGPL and other applicable licenses.

Use of such components is subject to their respective license terms.

6. Free Access, Advertising, and Premium

Eligible free features remain available without a subscription, subject to the app's stated limits. The free version contains advertising. A verified active Premium subscription removes in-app ads and unlocks the Premium features described in the app. Premium does not guarantee compatibility or performance for a guest operating system.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. The app and Google Play purchase screen show the applicable price, currency, billing period, and terms before you confirm. Subscriptions automatically renew and Google Play charges for each billing period unless you cancel. Prices and availability may vary by country. No free trial or introductory offer is promised unless its terms are explicitly displayed before purchase.

Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or deleting its data does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and leaves access available until the paid period ends, subject to Google's policies, purchase status, and applicable law. After entitlement ends, free access and its normal limits apply.

Use Restore in the app's subscription dialog with the Google Play account that made the purchase. Purchase verification may require a network connection. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies and any rights provided by applicable law; cancellation is not itself a refund request.

Advertising privacy choices are separate from purchases. Declining personalized advertising does not create a Premium subscription or necessarily remove all ads; non-personalized or limited ads may remain eligible. Data handling and available privacy controls are explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

Vectras LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Performance guarantees

Virtualization performance depends on hardware capabilities and system configuration.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vectras LLC shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Device malfunction
• Performance degradation
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Application is at your own risk.

9. Termination

Vectras LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated.

10. Modifications

Vectras LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Vectras LLC’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
